Five Forks sits right between our Mauldin and Simpsonville routes, so it's an easy add to our December schedule.
Pricing
One-story rooflines: $6 per foot (most homes have 80 to 150 feet of front roofline)
Bushes and shrubs: $40 each
Trees: $75 for a small tree, $150 for a medium tree
Minimum job: $100
Included: commercial-grade C9 bulbs and clips, install, timer, service calls during the season, takedown and storage

Clips that attach to gutters and shingles without nails or staples
A timer so your lights come on and turn off on their own

What we install this season
This season we install lights on one-story rooflines and at ground level: bushes, trees, walkways and stakes. We aren't hanging lights on two-story or steep roofs this year. If you have a two-story home, we can still light your bushes, trees and any one-story sections of the roof.
How it works
Text a daytime photo of the front of your house to (864) 432-0592, or request a quote online.
We measure your roofline and send you a set price, usually the same day.
A 50% deposit books your install date between December 10 and December 23.
We install your lights, test every run and set a timer so they come on by themselves.
If a bulb or strand goes out during the season, text us and we'll fix it.
We take everything down January 2 through 9 and store it for you until next year.

When do you install?
Installs run December 10 through December 23, 2026. We schedule homes in the order they book, grouped by street.
When do the lights come down?
We take everything down January 2 through 9, 2027, and store it until next season.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours. You pay one price for the season, and it covers the lights, install, service calls, takedown and storage.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text us and we'll come fix it. Service calls during the season are included.

How many homes do you take?
We keep the schedule small so every install gets done right, about 20 homes this season. Once the calendar is full, we start a waitlist for next year.
